Welded wire mesh fence is a steel fence using wire strands welded together to form a high strength mesh, and the mesh fence are used predominantly as high security barriers where visibility through the fence is necessary or desirable.

Introductions

As an economical type of fence system, welded mesh fence is a kind of 3D fence with longitudinal folds, which makes the fence stronger. The fence panel is welded by high quality low carbon steel wire. It's common surface treatment are hot dipped galvanized or electrostatic polyester powder spray coating over galvanized wire.The common post of the welded fence are SHS tube, RHS tube, Peach post, Round pipe or Special-shaped post. Panels

The welded mesh fence panels have a width of 2500mm and heights ranging from 600mm to 2440mm. The welded mesh fence panels have vertical barbs of 30mm on one side and are reversible (barbs at top or at bottom). Mesh sizes are 200 x 50mm , and 100mm x 50mm for the beam sections. The heavy wires guarantee strength and rigidity.Different sizes can be made according to customer detailed requirements.

Posts

The welded mesh fence panels are attached with high strength steel posts. The common posts of the welded fence are SHS tube, RHS tube, Peach post, Round pipe or Special-shaped post. Welded mesh fence panels will be fixed to the post by suitable clips according to different post type.

Gates

The Fence System includes the availability of swing, slide and cantilever gates.

Coating

The welded mesh fence panels are manufactured using galvanized steel wire, then coated with Architectural Grade Powder Coat, like AkzoNobel powder.
