Several treatments of anti-corrosion of fence

Jul 15, 2020
What are the several anti-corrosion methods for the processing and disposal of fences? The external anti-corrosion methods of the fence are hot-dip coating, spray-spraying, and dipping. Hot-dip galvanizing is to immerse the workpiece in the ablated zinc solution for a certain time after degreasing, pickling, dipping, and drying.

Hot-dip galvanized zinc layer is dozens of times thicker than electro-galvanized zinc, and has strong corrosion resistance, which is more than ten times that of electro-galvanized zinc. Plastic spraying uses the phenomenon of corona discharge to make the powder coating adsorb on the workpiece. The process is this: powder paint is fed into the spray gun by the powder supply system by means of compressed air gas.
The high voltage generated by the high-voltage electrostatic generator is added to the front of the spray gun. Due to the corona discharge, a dense charge is generated at the left and right. When the powder is sprayed from the nozzle, it forms charged paint particles. The workpiece with the opposite polarity goes up, and as the sprayed powder increases, the more charge accumulates.
When it reaches a certain thickness, due to the electrostatic squeezing effect, it will not continue to adsorb, so that the entire workpiece obtains a powder coating of a certain thickness, and then the powder is melted, leveled, and solidified by heating, that is, a hard coating is formed on the surface of the workpiece , Alias is also called plastic coating, hot dip plastic, hot compress plastic coating.
