Chain Link fence quality standards

1.All component should be accurate, and the allowable deviation of length of the component is 1mm.
2. The component must be checked straight before cutting, otherwise it must be 

straightened.
3. When welding, the welding rod or welding wire should be of a type suitable for the 

material to be welded, and there should be a factory certificate.
4. The position of the component must be accurate when welding.
5. Solder joints between components should be solid when welding, welds should be full, welding waves on the surface should be uniform, no undercuts, incompletely filled weld, cracks, scum, welds, burn through, arc scratches Defects such as pits, needle 

pits and pinholes shall not contain spatter in the weld zone.
6. After the welding, the welding slag should be knocked out.
7. After the component welding assembly is completed, it should be properly ground and polished with a hand-held machine tool so that the appearance is smooth and clean.

Chain link fence should pay attention to the quality of the problem:
1. The size exceeds the allowable deviation: For the weld length, width, thickness, lack 

of center line offset, bending and other deviations, should strictly control the relative 

position and size of the welding site, qualified rear welding, careful operation when 

welding.
2. Weld cracks: In order to prevent cracks, we should choose the appropriate welding 

process parameters and welding procedures to avoid the use of high current, do not 

suddenly turn off, the weld joints should overlap 10 ~ 15mm, welding is not allowed to move, hit Weldment.
3. Surface pores: The welding site must be scrubbed, the welding current should be 

selected during the welding process, and the welding speed must be reduced to allow 

the gas in the bath to escape completely.
