1. During the material production period, carry out on-site laying out and determine the protection range.

2. The construction materials and equipment are manually moved up the mountain.

3. According to the design and combined with the on-site topographic survey, the steel column and anchor rod foundation are positioned. The column spacing is 10m. In some areas, the spacing can be adjusted between 8m and 12m according to the terrain.

4. For areas where the overburden is not thick, when the excavation reaches the bedrock but has not yet reached the design depth, use anchor rods in the foundation pit. The hole diameter of the anchor rod is Φ45 or Φ50 bolt holes, and the anchor rod is inserted into the bedrock After grouting, the upper foundation concrete can be poured.

5. Use M20 cement mortar for pre-embedded anchor rods and pouring foundation concrete with a mark not less than M20. Cement mortar or pure cement mortar with a lime-sand ratio of 1:1-1:2 should be used. 425 ordinary Portland cement is recommended for cement. Medium-fine sand with a particle size of less than 3mm to ensure that the slurry is full, and then curing for more than two days.

6. Install the base, insert the base into the anchor bolt and tighten it with a nut.

7. Installation of steel column and pull-up anchor rope:

Place the steel column uphill and place the bottom of the steel column on the base, then hang the side slope protection net hanging ring of the pull-up anchor rope on the top hanging seat of the steel column, and then put the other end of the rope Connect to the corresponding upper pull bolt ring sleeve for connection and temporarily fix it with a rope clamp, then slowly lift the steel column and align it with the base, then insert the bottom of the steel column into the base, insert the connecting screw and tighten it, then Use the pull-up anchor rope to adjust the position of the steel column according to the design position, tighten the pull-up anchor rope and fix it with a rope clamp.

8. The installation method of the side-pull anchor rope is the same as that of the upper-pull anchor rope. After the upper-pull anchor rope is installed, install the side-pull anchor rope.

9. Upper support rope installation:

Temporarily fix the hanging loop ends of several upper support ropes to the bottom of the end column, and then adjust the support ropes in a direction parallel to the direction of the slope protection net system and place them on the lower side of the base, and adjust the pressure relief ring in place , Hang the support rope on the top hanging seat of the end column.

In the process of installing slope protection nets, sometimes it is used in conjunction with razor wire nets or fence nets. Compared with using only slope protection, it can play a better secondary protection effect.
