Introduction to the material classification of chain link fence

1. Iron bright wire, this wire is drawn directly from petroleum wire. There is no treatment on the surface, showing a metallic luster. It is the main raw material for chain link fences. Its characteristic is low price, but poor anti-corrosion ability. It is easy to rust in the natural environment. Generally, people hope that this kind of chain fence will be surface treated after returning.
 

2. Galvanized wire. The predecessor of this raw material is the bright iron wire above, and then the surface is galvanized. There are two types of galvanizing, one is electro-galvanizing and the other is hot-dip galvanizing. The difference is that the amount of zinc used for electro-galvanizing is generally 10-20g/m2, and hot-dip galvanizing is above 60g/m2. Prices also vary greatly. Generally, for the same wire warp, the hot-dip galvanized wire is 400-2000 yuan more expensive than the electro-galvanized wire (the same wire warp also depends on the thickness), and the high price difference is of course different. In terms of quality, although the surface does not look much different, the anti-corrosion ability of electro-galvanizing will generally rust in about 3 months, while the anti-corrosion ability of hot-dip galvanizing can reach more than 10 years without rusting.
 

3. Plastic coated wire. This material is coated with a layer of plastic on the basis of the above two kinds of silk. There are two kinds of plastics, one is pe, the other is pvc (if you don't understand, you can ask the staff at my station). This wire has a variety of colors and excellent anti-corrosion properties. Generally, the inner wire is mostly bright iron wire and electroplated wire. The anti-corrosion ability of these two kinds of wires is not good, but the anti-corrosion ability will increase several times, even more than ten years, after plastic coating. It does not rust and is comparable to hot dip lines. It is an extremely widely used wire.
