The production of wrought iron fences usually involves the following processes and steps:

Production process and steps of wrought iron fence

Forging: The forging process is often used in the production of iron fences, that is, after the iron material is heated to a certain temperature, it is shaped into the required shape and pattern by hammering or mechanical equipment under the operation of an iron craftsman.

Welding: After forging is completed, different components may need to be welded together to ensure the stability and structural integrity of the fence. Welding is also used to join the various parts of the fence.

Surface treatment: After the wrought iron fence is finished, surface treatment is usually carried out, such as spraying anti-rust coating, baking paint or other decorative treatments to increase the beauty and durability of the fence.

Assembly: Finally, the various components processed by the above process will be assembled to form a complete wrought iron fence structure. The assembly process includes connection, fixing and installation.

Although the casting process is widely used in the production of some metal products, for wrought iron fences, it is more common to achieve the desired shape and structure through forging and welding processes. These processes enable wrought iron fences to present unique artistic effects and exquisite patterns, and are suitable for various places such as garden landscaping, architectural decoration, and security protection.
