How to install filed fence

Before installing filed fence , it is necessary to conduct site observation to see if the 8-m wide area of the boundary line of filed fence can be leveled. If there is any obstruction, it is first eradicated, and the direction of the gate of the filed fence wall must be selected to clear the direction of the road.

 Setting the post of filed fence

       In the corners of the filed fence, setting the post. The center post is installed every 400 meters along the road from the corner post.The depth under ground of corner posts, gate posts and backbone post are 0.7 meters. The depth of small posts are 0.5m. And they are equipped with support rods.

How to install filed fence

    From the corner post, turn the wire mesh in one direction, and the weft from the small side to the ground. Twist the two filed fences joints, and cut the ends of the fences. Tie wire mesh on the corner post, then use the tensioner to clamp the other end of the weft with a clamp, and fix it on the center post of the fence, tighten it once every 200 meters. When tightening, each weft must be tightened evenly.The ripples on the plane of the filed fence that are far from the tip should be smooth. During the tightening process, the filed fence should be swayed to prevent being entangled with other things so that the force can be evenly distributed. The other end is  tied to the center post. Do not leave the filed fence“single weft yarn and tie one weft yarn” on the small post with tied hooks. The adjacent two small post should be staggered to tie knots, and the hooks should be used to connect the barbed wire with the filed fence. Filed fence, with at least two hooks between each post, and so on.
