Customers of bridge railing often do not know how to conduct quality acceptance after the product is available. First, the bridge fence material testing
The size of the wire inside the bridge fence. This is a problem that is easy to ignore, but it definitely has an impact on the price and quality of bridge railings, and it is also a necessary option for manufacturers to reduce costs.
Bridge railing coating thickness. This item generally does not cause problems, mainly related to equipment and settings, but occasionally the coating becomes thicker or thinner or uneven.
Bridge railings are used in other materials. Other materials involved are the size and thickness of the ear, the thickness and size of the fitting, and the like.
Second, the bridge railing surface inspection
Bridge railing coating color. Observe that the color of the coating is not correct, whether it is doped with other colors, the color is not bright, and there is no hair.
Coating process. Look at the coating is not what you want, the coating process is electroplated galvanized, hot-dip galvanizing, spray, dip, spray paint and so on.
There are no defects in the surface of the bridge fence. Observe the phenomenon of broken wire, broken hole, and exposed bottom of the surface.
Third, road guardrail specification testing
Bridge fence wire diameter. Wire diameter is a crucial factor affecting the quality of road guardrails, and the price is different. Therefore, this item must be tested and the inspection tool uses a micrometer.
The external dimensions of the bridge fence. Everyone knows that only a steel tape can be used.
