Zinc steel balcony railing

Technical requirements for construction of zinc steel balcony railings:

 

(1) The zinc steel balcony guardrail is constructed with a height of 2.2 meters of concrete prefabricated protective zinc steel fence: the basic size is 0.6*0.6*0.9 meters (width * length * depth). The foundation is cast with C20 concrete.

(2) Line protection The zinc steel fence is placed at the edge of the land boundary and is “strict, straight, homogeneous and beautiful”, and the line is tightly closed. There is no gap left: straight along the line, not too far and near, high and low. The overall effect is required to be beautiful, avoiding the feeling of messiness. The site should be leveled before installation. The bottom of the fence is designed to be 10cm from the ground. If it is not satisfied, it should be returned to the town for treatment.

 

(3) The reinforced concrete protection sill is composed of the column, the upper sill, the lower sill, the slab and the column cap. The column is prefabricated and assembled on site. The length of the row unit (the distance between the adjacent columns) is 3 meters.

 

(4) The section size of the column is 180mm*180mm, and the height of the 2.2m high protection zinc steel fence column is 2980mm. 100mm long ox leg support on both sides to overlap the lower jaw. The height difference of the ox legs on both sides of the step is 270mm. When the starting point, end point or other building connection of the protective raft is set, the rib support is provided on one side. .

 

(5) The height of the upper jaw is 120mm. The split end and the middle pass are respectively used to make the protective zinc steel fence the end position and the middle position, and the lower part has a downwardly open card slot, the card slot depth is 10 mm; the lower jaw height is 140 mm, and the upper part has a downward direction. The card slot, the depth of 10mm prefabricated reinforced concrete fence is fixed by the card slot of the upper and lower jaws. The connection between the top of the column cap and the transition section of the step is connected with the M30 cement mortar.

 

(6) The strips are divided into four pieces and prefabricated into one form. Each piece has a width of 695mm and a cross-section of 75mm*75mm. The height of the 2.2m high protective zinc steel fence is 1860mm.
