The difference between cold galvanizing and hot-dip galvanized cow net

Aug 28, 2019
Analysis of the difference between cold galvanizing and hot galvanizing
The hot-dip galvanizing is immersed in the molten and melted zinc liquid, and the galvanized pipe is gradually blocked by the current single element in the plating tank. The hot-dip galvanizing process has a fast production speed, a thick galvanized layer and a large consumption of zinc metal. Ordinary galvanizing is slow and the galvanized layer is thin.
The difference between cold galvanizing and hot-dip galvanized cow net
Cold galvanizing refers to electroplating, which is zinc plated in molten zinc.
The difference between the two is that the former has poor corrosion resistance and the latter has good corrosion resistance. Hot-dip galvanizing can be maintained in an outdoor environment for more than ten years, and this process is generally used for steel structures with a small component.
