China's four major platforms help improve quality

     In recent years, in order to break through the bottlenecks that restrict the transformation and upgrading of the industry, such as the lack of services in the testing and certification of wire mesh products, Anping County has vigorously strengthened the construction of service soft power, carefully constructed multiple high-quality service platforms, and guided the wire mesh industry to take a high-end route and rely on technology. Innovation wins the market and realizes the transformation of the wire mesh industry from "quantitative expansion" to "qualitative improvement".

     Create a research and development platform to incubate new materials, new technologies and new products to promote the quality improvement of the wire mesh industry. Relying on a number of flagship enterprises, the county has established nine research institutes such as printing nets, stainless steel nets, and decorative nets by product category, and strengthened cooperation with many universities and research institutes such as Shanghai Donghua University, Tianjin University of Technology, and Beijing University of Science and Technology. The cooperation of the institutes has formed an industrial technology alliance, which has successively developed more than 200 new products, new technologies, new materials and new equipment, of which more than 80 have filled domestic gaps and more than 60 have applied for national innovation patent products. At the same time, the county also invested financially to establish a professional wire mesh technology research institute structured by public institutions. It hired high-end technical talents from China Minmetals, Yanshan University and other scientific research institutes, and cooperated with Beijing Tianhe and Beijing Tianze Company and other wire mesh industries. Downstream high-end companies aim at the industry's cutting-edge technology and equipment, emerging industry applications and new materials and key common technologies that restrict product upgrades, jointly tackle key problems, and seize the commanding heights of industrial development, and promote the wire mesh industry from "Anping manufacturing" to "Anping creation" change.

     Create a "two-industrialization" integration platform and use information technology to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.  At present, the county's application of information technology to transform and upgrade traditional industries has achieved remarkable results. Nearly 10,000 companies in the county have established their own websites, and online trade accounts for more than 60%.
